Dry Transfer Sticker and Rub Ons
Part I RUB ON
1. Printing Technology （Nomarl film produce and make a mould method as follow: from bottom to up）
→ silicon paper (GP-68) to protect
→ TM serial rub on glue (120-140T, printing all mould)
→ TM serial rub on ink (80-140T, reversed printing )
→ OPP-70 film
2.Printing course: Removing the surface silicon paper, then put the piature on the place you wantad,
use the pen, nail art, or wooden to rub the picture, take off the film,it's OK.
Part II Dry Transfer Sticker
1. Printing Technology (When produce the film, the bottom mould will be bigger one line than the glue mould)
→ silicon paper (GP-68) to protect
 → AD-30696 glue（more than 100T screen printing)
→ TOP-820518 middle glue（100T screen printing, then become a film, little picture don't need this）
→ PT-7300/PET-9300serial ink（80-140T screen reverse printing ）
→ TOP-83155/PF-3080 base coat（32-60T screen printing, dry thoughly）
→ OPP-70 film
2. Printing course: Peel the picture, then stick where you want, that is OK!
TOP-83155 base coat can solvent resistant, but the film is soft, stick after spraying oil.PF-3080 base oil
Good wearproof, stick then oil polish, time is the longer the drier more firm.
Part III UV Dry Transfer Sticker
1. Printing Technology (When produce the film, the cover coat mould will be bigger one line than the glue mould)
→ Dry thoughly then cover the transfer film
→ FAD-3000 coat（80-100T screen printint, dry by UV after printing）
→ FAD serial color ink（100-140T screen printing, dry by UV after printing）/or TS-1300 dry naturely ink
→ FAD-3000 coat（80-100T screen printing, dry by UV after printing）
→ FAD-3025 glue（80T screen printing, make dry thoughly after printig）
→ Silicon oil printing paper
2. Printing course: Peel the picture, then stick where you want, that is OK!
Good wearproof, stick then oil polish or not, time is the longer the drier more firm.
Water Transfer Sticker(Positive Printing)
Part IV Water Transfer
1. Printing Technology （Nomarl film produce and make a plate method as follow: from bottom to up）
→ Cover coat (32T printing cover the picture)
→ TS serial water transfer paper (100T screen printing or CYMK offset printing)
→ Printing a layer HF-9 coat(200 mesh); or mix coat with TS-1311 white
→ Water transfer paper
2.Transfer course and features: 
a. Cut off the picture, dip into water(25℃-40℃). Pick up the paper, then can get the picture.
b. Wash the surface, stick where you want, peel the paper, use a piece of rubber to make the picture dry,
it's OK.
c. The biggest advantage of water transfer mark is that it can be sticked on the irregular surface.
As it is very soft and tough.
d. The last is oil polish. The foam will affect the translation quality. |
